Here are all the outfits I wore on our trip to Europe. Packing for a cruise may be the hardest cause you have excursion outfits and dinner outfits every day, so there were a lot of outfits for one trip! I landed on looks that were comfortable, cute, and perfect for every part of the trip.
From cobblestone streets in Rome to breezy nights on a cruise ship, this trip called for outfits that could handle long days of walking, quick changes, and everything in between. I planned a mix of comfortable, stylish pieces that made me feel confident and elevated chic, and not look like a tourist. I’m sharing every single look with links and styling notes. By the way, I did NOT pack light for this trip. I loaded my suitcase to almost exactly 50 lbs, and then still threw a few things into my son’s suitcase. Rome Sightseeing Outfit
I ended up packing this outfit in my backpack so I could quickly change into at the hotel. We arrived in Rome at 9am so I knew we’d have a full day of sightseeing and wanted to wear something other than the lounge set I’d worn for the last 15 hours of travel.
This skirt and the top are both textured so they didn’t show any wrinkles when I pulled them out of my bag, and I felt elevated and chic for a day in Rome.

I saw an outfit on pinterest that I used as my inspiration for this outfit – cream top and white skirt – and I love how this came together! This skirt is super affordable and is fully lined, but is a crisp white cotton, so it was comfortable and chic and not see through for a day of touring.

A pair of linen pants is the perfect choice for a day in Europe. They feel super elevated and chic, but can be dressed up and down. This pair isn’t see through and they don’t sag throughout the day.

Morning in Rome and Getting on the Ship Outfit
I wore this outfit for a morning in Rome where we walked around a bit and had brunch, and then we left for the port where we boarded our cruise ship. It was a great outfit that worked for the city and the boat! I wore it to dinner as well that evening.

Sailing Day on the Cruise
Our first day on the cruise was a sea day, since we were traveling from Italy to Greece, and I wore this cute and super comfy coverup from Amazon with one of my favorite tried and true white one piece swimsuits from Aerie.
This hat was super packable and even though it got smashed in my suitcase, it reshaped perfectly and looked so cute.

This is a repeat outfit from a few weeks ago in Santa Fe. I love it so much and had to wear it again on the ship for dinner. It looks chic while still being super comfortable. And crochet is so big for 2025 so it was perfect.

I wore this chic little red dress for pictures in Rome, and then again on the cruise for dinner, and it was a perfect little linen dress that felt chic and elevated, but still very comfortable. I dressed it up a bit with lots of jewelry and some simple leather sandals.

We had a dress up night and I didn’t want to be too fancy, but wanted to feel nice, so I brought this slinky little red dress. The texture on it is so great and it was stretchy and super comfortable.

I bought this dress last year for a trip to the Bahamas and it’s the perfect kind of dress for a beach trip. It’s so soft and stretchy, fully lined, and great for dressing up with heels or down a bit with flat sandals.

What I Wore in Santorini
I wanted to wear something blue for our day in Santorini, because the white and blue buildings are so spectacular and a blue dress makes for the most perfect photos. I saw so many women wearing blue dresses or white and blue dresses!
I found this cute dress on Amazon and it was so soft and perfectly comfortable for a day of touring Santorini. The top section of the dress and the bottom section are perforated, but the rest does not have holes. The holes are small enough for me to wear my undergarments without them showing through too much.

What I Wore in Mykonos
We spent the day at the beach in Mykonos, so I wore my favorite red swimsuit and threw this cute little linen blend dress over the top. I felt so cute, and I was very comfortable. The hat was the perfect accessory.

What I Wore in Ephesus
We docked in Kusadasi and then took a bus to Ephesus to see the supposed home of the Virgin Mary, and then also toured through the ancient city of Ephesus. I was concerned about rules of shoulders and knees covered, so I intentionally wore a pair of linen pants so I’d be covered but still breezy and comfortable. There were tons of people wearing all kinds of outfits that were not covered up, and there was no issue there, so it didn’t end up being a problem. But I still felt confident and put together in this outfit!

What I Wore in Naples and Capri
Our last stop on the cruise was Naples, and we took a boat over to Capri for the day. It was a spectacular island, and we did a boat tour around the island and into the Blue Grotto, plus we walked around Capri and Naples for a bit. I wanted an outfit that was comfortable and also lightweight. I wore these little cotton shorts and a striped button up over my swimsuit, and finished the outfit with a hat, simple sandals, and a cute tote bag. I loved this outfit!
