It was a busy week over here, so here’s what I came up with to make dinner for our family 0f five!
This week was full of pretty uncomplicated and simple dinners – it was a crazy week in the White household! If you have one of those weeks coming up, check this out for some easy dinner inspo!
MONDAY: Spaghetti Squash Bolognese
- We had spaghetti squash last week and we had half the squash leftover, so I used it up here. My kids aren’t huge fans of the spaghetti squash, but it was good and they ate it! I used THIS RECIPE.
TUESDAY: Chicken Caesar Salad
- This was an easy meal to throw together at the last minute for a busy night. This is a simple recipe you can go off of!
WEDNESDAY: Leftovers
THURSDAY: Baked Chicken Thighs with Leftover Caesar Salad
- Another busy night, and I forgot to defrost the chicken! This recipe got me from chicken in the freezer to dinner on the table in 30 minutes.
FRIDAY: Pizza Night
- Our favorite pizza dough, and so easy to make.
SATURDAY: Family Date Night
SUNDAY: Steak, Asparagus, Roasted Potatoes

I really enjoyed reading through your weekly dinner plan. it feels so practical and down‑to‑earth. Meals like spaghetti squash bolognese, baked chicken thighs, and an easy pizza night are the kind of ideas that actually work on busy nights, and it reminds me how helpful it is to stay organized, just like browsing the HeyTea Menu for inspiration.
I also like that you mix in family nights and flexibility. That’s very similar to the HeyTea Menu, which balances comforting classics with creative, new twists. It adds excitement without making things complicated.
